Mix the color paste with water-based elastic glue during printing. When developing a printing plate, chemical solvents are not used, and it can be washed directly with water. Its characteristics are good coloring power, strong covering ability, fastness, water resistance, and basically no odor.
2. Intaglio printing
The finished product processed by this method is usually called a laminated nonwoven fabric bag. This process is divided into two steps: first, the traditional gravure printing process is used to print the images and texts onto the film, and then the film with the patterns is laminated onto the non-woven fabric using the film covering process. Generally, this process is used for non-woven bags with large area color pattern printing. Its characteristics are exquisite printing, machine production throughout, and short production cycle. In addition, the product has excellent waterproof performance, and the durability of the finished product is also better than other non-woven fabric bags produced. The film has two options: bright and matte, with a matte effect! The disadvantage is that it conflicts with the concept of environmental protection, as the film is difficult to degrade.
3. Thermal transfer printing
Heat transfer printing belongs to special printing in printing! This method requires an intermediate medium, that is, printing images and text onto a heat transfer film or paper, and then transferring the patterns to a non-woven fabric through heat transfer equipment. The commonly used medium in textile printing is heat transfer film. Its advantages are: exquisite printing, rich layered edition, comparable to photos. Suitable for small area color image printing. The disadvantages are high prices, high printing costs, and unnatural effects.
4. Screen printing
Non woven fabric bags generally use a screen printing process, which is commonly referred to as "screen printing"
This has always been a common printing process used by many manufacturers. Screen printing is manual printing, so color control in the process is difficult to control, but the error rate is relatively low.
