Polyester cotton canvas is developed on the basis of all cotton canvas, with the addition of polyester components, so the strength of the fabric will increase, especially in terms of wear resistance.
3. Polyester canvas, polyester canvas is all polyester canvas, and some polyester canvas may be even more expensive than cotton canvas. Polyester canvas has high strength, good elasticity, good impact resistance, moth resistance, heat resistance, and light resistance. After exposure to 1000 hours, it maintains a strength of 60-70%, but has poor moisture absorption and can be quickly air dried after washing. Polyester printed canvas is generally used for handbags, and so on.
The characteristic of canvas fabric is that it is sturdy, durable, and wear-resistant. After corresponding coating treatment, the fabric can also have very good waterproof, fireproof and other functions. Its production raw materials are mainly natural fibers such as cotton and hemp, which are healthy and pollution-free materials, and can be used with confidence. The disadvantage is that the style and color of canvas fabric are not widely chosen, and it is prone to yellowing and has a sense of time after use.
The density of canvas fabric is represented by "ampere number", which refers to the density of canvas warp and weft yarn weaving and represents the roughness of the fabric texture. The larger the number of amperes, the greater the weight of the fabric, the rougher the surface, and the larger the texture. The smaller the number of amperes, the lighter the weight of the fabric, the smoother the surface, and the finer the texture. The weight of canvas refers to the weight of one square meter of fabric, indicating the thickness of the canvas. The larger the weight, the greater the thickness. So, the larger the number of canvas, the higher the density of warp and weft yarns in the fabric. As the density of yarn weaving increases, the weight also increases, and the thickness and durability of the fabric naturally increase. And the price of canvas fabrics with larger numbers is also slightly higher than those with smaller numbers.
