1.Communicate requirements for production and dry bag production, and it is best to provide physical samples for proofing. If it is customization, the first step is to clarify your own customization requirements, including the style, size, material, and function of the dry bag. It is best to provide pictures, relevant parameters, and modification suggestions for the existing dry bag. The manufacturer can make samples based on the modification suggestions on the existing product, or provide design drawings for sampling. This way, the efficiency of sampling will be greatly improved, avoiding the waste of cost and time caused by multiple sampling.
2. The product research and development department will design dry bags based on customer needs and product research and development plans. Dry bag mainly needs to consider the design of functions, such as capacity size, and there is also other space to place small items; Side bags should be placed securely to prevent them from slipping off, and so on. We will also choose reasonable configurations based on the customer's budget.
3. After the material procurement negotiation is completed and the product is handed over to the customer for confirmation, if there is stock of fabric in the factory, it will be directly sampled. If not, then the fabric needs to be purchased. If there are special materials, it is necessary to find a supplier to customize them, which involves sampling costs and time costs. So basically, there is a sampling fee charged for sampling. If there is a large quantity of bulk goods in the later stage, the sampling fee can generally be refunded. After the fabric arrives, the printing room will produce paper grids and then carry out cutting, sewing and other processes. The production process of dry bags is different from ordinary backpacks. Some bags require mold opening and some bags require pressing, so the production cycle of dry bags is relatively longer. After going through various processes and completing the sample production, it can be handed over to the customer.
