After a long period of careful preparation and application, we welcomed a new round of BSCI review in August 2023.
The entire audit process was very smooth.
According to the production process, starting from the raw material warehouse, they also randomly inspect IQC records here; The next step is to review the protective tools and maintenance records of the cutting workshop; Switch to the printing production line, this section is about our various printed products and different labels; Then we came to the production line, where we had a complete perspective to showcase the working environment of the workers and fully demonstrate the management of the production line; Next is quality inspection, and finally packaging and finished product warehouse. In addition to the final quality inspection report, temperature and humidity are also important parameters for the area.
We have strict deployment and labeling in terms of worker welfare and responsibility, as well as factory environment and safety. Undoubtedly, we have achieved good results, but there are still some details that need improvement. Of course, we will take action according to the recommendations of the audit team and achieve excellent results in the near future.
All these regulations and operations have been reconfirmed by BV, and we will soon obtain new certification.
